How we handle your data.
Hoir Audio is a small company in Norway. This page says what we collect when you join the Lyriquee waitlist, what we do with it, and how to make us stop. It is short because there is not much.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the DAW you picked, the system you picked, and, if you answered it, what you make. We also store the address of the page you signed up from, which can include the tag that says which video or post sent you.
We use this to decide who gets a beta build, to send that build to people whose setup we have tested it on, and to email you about Lyriquee: releases, offers, and news. You agree to that when you join, and you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
The list is kept at Kit (Kit.com, United States), which sends the emails on our behalf and stores the data under its data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. Kit records when an email is opened and which links are clicked. Nobody else sees the list.
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing removes you from every mailing; a deletion request removes the record itself.
The website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The signup route keeps your connection address in memory for a few minutes to stop repeated submissions, then forgets it. Our host keeps ordinary server logs for a short time to keep the site running.
The plugin
Lyriquee has no account and makes no connection. Your lyrics live inside your DAW project on your machine, and nothing leaves it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or have a copy of it. Write to hello@hoiraudio.com from the address you signed up with and we will do it within a month, usually the same week. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority.
